Description
The SECURED Innohub aims to assist users in identifying the relevant legislation and guidelines.
Relevant legal norms and ethical principles have been identified in dedicated deliverables which constitute a regulatory roadmap and framework that contribute to the implementation of the SECURED Innohub and technologies and which aid users in identifying relevant rules.
Selected documents, which will be stored in the knowledge base, will be made available. Specifically, deliverables on law and ethics (i.e., D1.2 and D2.5) concerning the pertinent legal and ethical framework, including amongst other things relevant definitions and principles related to data protection, data governance laws, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, build the fundament for the successful transposition of SECURED technologies and will be included. Furthermore, an overview of pertinent guidelines, opinions and recommendations from European bodies (e.g., the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS), the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), or the Article 29 Working Party) on the practical implementation of the law will be provided in a dedicated report which the data users can consult to support them in being compliant.
